CAS is a professional services company based in London. We quality assure and improve safety and business critical training programmes delivering licences and certification needed for work like truck driving and construction. Our clients are government agencies and businesses. We operate internationally across a range of industry sectors.

Our core team manages teams of inspectors, analyses data and produces reports. We are currently looking for a Coordinator. They must be a great communicator – in all modes – highly reliable and well organised; numerate and analytical; keen to deliver high quality outputs and develop themself. The main responsibilities of the role are to:

  1. Manage delivery of services to ensure that:
    • Tasks are planned, assigned to colleagues and completed to the expected quality on time.
    • Processes are compliant with client requirements.
    • Information is provided to clients and colleagues within required time frames.
  1. Support commercial activities and team development, to include:
    • Assisting with invoicing, purchasing, Purchase Order and payment chasing.
    • Troubleshooting issues arising.
    • Organising and running meetings and contributing to team-development.

The person we are looking for will:

  • Be a detail person with a low tolerance for error or delay.
  • Have excellent English language skills – verbal, reading and writing.
  • Have excellent analytical skills.
  • Have excellent skills in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and, ideally, Access and Publisher.
  • Have excellent research skills.
  • Be a problem solver who takes the initiative.
  • First degree or equivalent.
